Ann Tieu, P.E. founded T.E., Inc. in October of 1990 in Renton, Washington. Team Engineering merged with T.E., Inc. in October of 1991 with T.E., Inc becoming the surviving company. T.E., Inc. was certified as an Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) firm on January 22, 1991 (#B4F0108933). The company then incorporated in February of 1991. Team Engineering had been in business since 1978 and passed on its history, engineering, and management staff to T.E., Inc.
T.E., Inc. maintains a staff of twenty five (25) individuals; eleven electrical engineers, nine mechanical engineers, two drafters, and three administrative personnel.
T.E., Inc. is a team player, dedicated to pursuing the clients' needs. Our ability to meet schedules, budgets, and engineering excellence has resulted in continued repeat service with numerous clients for many years.
The basic design criteria of our engineering staff is consideration to function, efficiency, and reasonable construction costs. The melding of the latest CADD software with T.E., Inc.'s regard for high standards and quality control allow us to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients.
T.E., Inc. has completed many new and remodel projects in a multitude of states. In addition to Washington, our Chief Engineer and Project Managers are licensed in all of the states and provinces listed on this page.
